As if this baseball season weren’t already wild enough, the MLB has expanded their playoffs to feature 16 teams for 2020. The set-up is to have the top two teams of each division and two wildcard teams make the playoffs. No first-round bye, instead, the first round will be a best-of-three game series with the higher seed competing at home for all three games. After that round the playoffs will resume as normal with the five game Division Series and so-on.
With that said, I need to change my previous post to include the additional teams in the postseason
